Poor management customer service – Lori.. I finally decided to check out Long Wongs after a hard day at work. The mild wings were nasty, rough, burnt and the grease was discusting. Like it had been sitting there for hours. My dog did not even want it. I called back & the manager wanted me to take it back which I could not make it until the next day. I live across town. She wanted me to take the wings with me to work all day & take them back after work so she can see them. Ridiculous… she acted very rude with an attitude ‘I don’t care.’ I don’t have time for attitudes I just told her I will never go back neither will my friends or my family. You shouldn’t either if you want your moneys worth………… her unprofessional management skills needs a whole lot of work & just as nasty as the food.
