I am a big proponent of local businesses and love this place. They have great lunch options nice sandwiches, avocado roasts, salads and even pizzas. But being a transplant from North East I absolutely love their breads and come here just for the bread and pitas. In the couple years we have been in the valley this place has become our go to place for simple wholesome bread. Tip: If you like their pita you can buy pita here like the bread, just call in and order ahead of time as they dont always bake pita for sale, most times they have enough for their lunch.

Simple yet flavorful dishes such as sandwiches, grain bowls, and soups showcasing quality ingredients and their superlative freshly-baked bread. Order a limeade and grab a seat in this small, cozy spot. I’ve only been once but loved my Salame Rosa sandwich stacked with spinach, mozzarella and a drizzle of vincotto/sapa. My husband was just as happy with his Fra’ Mani Sweet Apple Ham with arugula, manchego and goat horn peppers. writeonrubee.com

With a small outpost and a charming script sign, Noble Bread is a perfect midday lunch stop for rotating market fresh sandwiches and noshes. The parking is slightly cramped but everyone seemed to find some corner to pull up and grab a bite to eat. There is a small patio with a few tables and inside the great big windows looking out on McDowell let in a beautiful natural light that spills across the worn wood tables seating two folks each and then one long table with benches. The menu is fresh farm sourced ingredients that change daily with three sandwiches being offered one at least featuring pork and one specifically veggie along with hearty grain salads, and smorgas or little flatbreads roasted and covered with seasonal selections. The bread as to be expected is balanced with crunchy burnt bits, chewiness, and richly toasted grain flavors and is surprisingly thin acting as more of a pocket for what were flavor packed bites of mortadella, sardo, greens, and a spicy pickled peppers. All sandwiches come with a side salad that was well dressed and was bright, acidic, and a perfect pairing.Only open for those lunch hours but I’ll happily keep updated on their daily selections and swing on by when I need that perfectly done sandwich! instagram.com

Very Simple but high quality ingredients …..Outstanding Bread done by a master baker. The very small eatery at the time of this review is only open 10:30-3 Mon.-Fri. The daily changing menu featured today a soup, a few fresh produce sides, mostly vegetarian sandwiches and at least one pork sandwich. All the sandwiches are house baked in a uniqiue high quality fresh crusty thin baked bread pockets. They also offer Smorgas that are chunks of crusty bread piled high with a filling and one flat bread. Everything we tried was good. The dining room is small and tables are close together. This is casual dining. You order at the counter and seat yourself.
