Totally Authentic Traditional German. They bake traditional pretzels, pretzel horns, pretzel rolls, German bread, Apfel Strudel and more. The pretzel products are more old style German than can be found even in most parts of Germany because of mass-produce bakery consolidation over there. These pretzels baked by Old Heidelberg are just like the old mom and pop shops did when they existed in Germany.
