Arizona has grown in its fair share of places to grab a stellar cup of joe and Royal is one of those places that does it right. The menu is simple and clear with high quality espresso making the biggest statement. Even though they have a location in Heritage Square, this location equally has its charms. Albeit, it’s small counter right by the entry into the Union’s collection of boutiques, it works as both a a perfect place to interact and chat with the barista or to grab a drink before embarking on shopping or another errand. The baristas are friendly and welcoming and can whip up speciality drinks that hit wonderful taste notes.One of my top spots based on the coffee alone. It’s wonderful to have these little nooks in Phoenix that begin to build a cafe culture! instagram.com
