Amazed everthing is under 475 calories. I ordered the scallops and they were absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The portion was so large, I could not finish the dish. I also wanted to leave room for one of the mini desserts, which was just the perfect ending to my meal.
On reflection, market research would lead Darden (the behemoth parent corp of Olive Garden and Red Lobster) to conclude America wants a calorie-pinching, seasonal-product oriented restaurant? They could have still not delivered good tasting food! As a vegetarian, I found the sampler to have a wonderful contrast of textures and flavors. The portions of even the meat entrees seemed generous given the calorie limit of < approximately 500 per entree. The desserts in a shot glass also adhere to this limit according to our server. The prices made this plus the live music and friendly service a great value!
One of the best options for high end atmosphere and lower prices. All menu items under 475 calories makes it even better. We will be eating here regularly!

Follows the Darden theme of exceptional food well prepared and flavored. Location is the only drawback, but we Went & enjoyed ourselves .
Great Flavors. We try to stay away from corporate chain restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised by Seasons 52. Darden (Olive Garden and Red Lobster), actually managed to make our experience personal and not feel like a page out of a restaurant training manual. There is a fine dining atmosphere. The decor has a simple modern yet warm feel to it. Our server, Danny had a great balance of being professional yet personable to us. After seeing what we ordered for drinks and appetizers he had great recommendations on what he thought we would like for entrees. The concept is that the menu changes 4 times a year to fit with the seasons. And everything is under 475 calories because of the way it is prepraped and the portions. We started with the special of Greek Flatbread made up with gyro lamb, tzatziki, lettuce, onion and tomato. I love any type of Greek food so it’s hard to screw this one up, but I thought it was great. We also tried the Steak and Caramelized Onion Soup. Nice broth, tender pieces of steak and great flavor. Thankfully it wasn’t too salty because that seems common in this type of dish. For dinner, I ordered the Grilled Lamb T-Bone Chops with a red wine glaze, with garlic potatoes and asparagus. It was a good, tender and I really enjoyed it. My husband’s Filet Mignon was seasoned perfectly and had a wonderful texture. It was served with a veggie medley and the garlic potatoes. We also loved their ‘mini’ desserts: blueberry cheesecake and chocolate and peanut butter mousse. So good! We would highly recommend Seasons 52! Be sure to grab a reservation first!
Love this place you feel like your at home except the food is 5 star and delicious !!!!!! The decor was soo friendly !!! And the service was great !!
