Poor Customer Service. Be warned, if you find something unwanted in your pasta, (like I did), don’t expect anything in return. Apologies and empty promises, by three different managers and nothing ever to transpire. This was my first visit to The Cheesecake Factory (Biltmore Fashion Park), and it will be my last.
Love it!. They always have great service, nice atmosphere and the food is always great! I go there often, as everyone can always find something they like since they have a very extensive menu. They also have awesome cheesecakes (to be expected) and desserts. Their shrimp scampi is one of my favorite dishes!
Great food, great service. Meals arrived correct, timely and hot. Only complaint would be portion size is too large. I could have done with a half serve or even a third of a serve of the meatloaf.
A party of 8 of us went for a lunch and had an absolutely unpleasant experience. The service was deporable (slow, inaccurate, forgetful and blase’), The food ( when it came out – sporadically) was cold and one in our party got his salad way later and was not what he ordered. When a replacement salad arrived the rest of us were all finished! We have eaten at plenty of other Cheesecake Factory locations and have had very pleasant experiences. Needless to say – we definately won’t be returning to this one!!!
A Great Place for Family. Had a great time at the factory this last weekend… I enjoyed the Wasabi topped ahi tuna and my kids dug into the kobe beef burgers… All in all we had a great time… Joel was our server and did an amazing job of taking care of us… Would suggest this restaurant to anyone who is interested in a great venue and delicious food… But don’t forget the dessert!!!
