Open kitchen. We have been when we visit Phoenix. Great organic juices and salads. The design of this concept is so beautiful and clean. Feels good even to just drink wine here

LOVE true foods kitchen. Perfect heathy delicious menu choices! True Foods does a great job of creating delicious meals while also making them taste delicious, and you feel great after!
One of my favorite places!!! What’s better than healthy food that tastes fabulous?! Fresh ingredients, creative pairings, deeeelicioso and no guilt!
Delicious miso soup, I ask for extra mushrooms. I feel comfortable ordering anything off the menu, I’ve never been disappointed. Delicious lemonade also!
Good but not craveable.
Truly unremarkable Food. I have eaten at True Food twice, both times because one of my cohorts suggested it. The atmosphere is lovely with a spacious modern vibe. It has a nice patio and is located right in the Biltmore mall, so it’s pleasant to stroll around before or after the meal. The portions are all quite small, and the prices are about 50% too high. The first time I ate here I had the chicken curry dish. The flavors were pretty mild and the dish was somewhat small, but the quality of the ingredients seemed excellent. I also had a cucumber spritzer drink of some sort. It was refreshing I guess, but whatever. My second time I ordered the spinach lasagna. They make it without using any pasta noodles, but rather some sort of spinach compound in their place. Flavors of any kind are scarce, but I suppose I could detect a bit of acidity from the tomatoes. Also, this dish is very small. It comes in its own tiny baking dish. If you are hungry and order this your stomach will still be growling when you leave and you’ll be eyeing the nearest drive-thru. I ordered their iced green tea, which was tasty, and is the exact same tea they serve at Pita Jungle. If you don’t have much of an appetite or have unusual dietary restrictions then this place might just the thing for you. Or, if you need a nice place to sit while at the mall and don’t mind dropping $25 a person for a healthy snack then this is the place. Personally, if I ever have to eat there again I’ll need to prepare something at home first. I rate it 2 out of 5 stars.
