Vincent Market Bistro is sort of the Test Kitchen for upstairs at Vincent’s. The Lucky diners can gobble up the very best South West inspired French food, impeccable service and bargain pricing that Phoenix has to offer. Many dinner specials such as Halibut cost $13.00 and they always offer a selection of several three course deals for (at the time of this review) $29.00. The atmosphere is casual and cozy. It looks like a little French Bistro and many hand done paintings of Chef Vincent decorate the dining room.Everybody starts their meal out with hot fresh buttery mini croissants served on adorable vintage flowered plates. For dinner I went a la carte this time and started with the soup of the day that was a chilled potato soup. The soup was very velvety smooth and creamy but not too heavy and was just right for our warmer temperatures. My dinner was the tenderloin kabob. The tenderloin was delicious and very tender it was seasoned just so and had nice caramelized vegetables with it. The plate was garnished with au gratin potatoes and crisp prepared fresh vegetables. My husband went for the three course and had house made fresh mushroom raviolis, the lamb and we shared his strawberry tart.Food, service and pricing all exceeded my expectations.

Parking cost to eat is $4.00. I was there tonight March 11,2015 for dinner. The food was very good and I have been coming there for 15 years when I come out to Phoenix on vacation. After dinner I went to get my car and was told that there was a $4.00 charge to park for dinner. I have never seen anything like this before and tod the management that I would never come back. It’s too bad because many people will not pay to park their car to eat and I really liked going there.

French No, Tasty Yes. Not exactly French food, but very satisfying. Huge meatballs and a seriously tasty burger for a fair price will have my friends and I return.
