My sister an I ate there last night and picked it because of the reviews. Our experience was not the same as the reviews. We were the only customers for most of our meal and the owner/workers stood and stared at us as we ate making us very uncomfortable. I ordered one of the specials which was chicken ravioli and it was tough as if it had been microwaved too long. Another couple came in during our meal and seated them right next to us even though the whole place was empty, which was strange. This morning we were thinking about our bill so we added up what we had and discovered we were over charged nupre than &10.00. That’s our mistake for not checking last night. Hopefully, this is not an everyday occurance and other patrons will enjoy their meal….we did not.
Best Italian Food In Phoenix. Seriously great food, owner is from Rome and knows authenitc food, not to mention that he makes his own bread every day for the place that is excellent. Ceasar Salad almost made me fall off of my chair it was so good, and the food every time we go is beyond belief. The service is some of the best I have experienced, and the wine list will make your eyes pop out. His bar is stocked with fine old Armanacs and other exotic and hard to find liquors. They treat you like family, and remember you the next time you come. One of my favorite places in the entire Valley, and can easily stand with places like Durants, or Ocean Club or some of the other fine dining establishments in the Valley. Expensive, but well worth it for the beautiful food and service. A must eat at establishment.
Very nice place with great food. Albertos reminds me of those family run establishments I loved so much during my travels in Sicily. Service was excellent.
