Under New Ownership! As New Owner of Black Mountain Coffee Shop I could not agree more on the past Reviews! I suggest Anyone that has Visited in the past should return and check out the new servers and food,Since the re-opening take a second look and experiencethe overall restaurant as well as the completely remodeled dinning room and kitchens. We also have the only approved health dept. Dog patio dinning in carefree. Service and food quality is our # 1 Goal in moving forward in saving the original Carefree Restaurant. We no longer hire Rude servers, Must have a smile and like what they do to work for us at Black Mountain Coffee Shop!Thank You,Martin & Tami Holmes New owners of BMCS
North Scottsdale Resident. I could tolerate the mediocre food if the servers weren’t so rude and indifferent. The place is really white trash. It’s ashame, because the place could be charming.
Just ate breakfast there this morning. Food was good. Service was horrible. Waitress very rude except to the regular customers. Hard getting a second cup of coffee and then she rudely poured it over the sides of the mugs. My husband and I never leave less than 20% tip and I would not have left any tip but my husband left a 10% tip. I have never written a bad review of any restaurant before this.
