Custormer service and buffet. We were in your locations in Casa Grande, AZ and I want to say I will never go back the buffet was have empty and the chicken was so greasy it give me the runs, potatoes were cold, going by your jingle finger licking good what happened, it was the worse chicken I have ever had there, doesn,t taste the same. You use to be the best chicken around. What,s going on. More expensive and less service and quality awful. Sometime you go by there and it looks as though your closed. Poor lighting. Customer service is like everyone got up on the wrong side of the bed. Very very disappointing for one of your main customers.
