Love the food….service not so much.
Sandwich size varies from one visit to another. I ordered a Max’s Mufalotta at the Ina Road restaurant last week. The sandwich was so large that to eat it, I had to eat around it . I went to the Ina Road store today (January 18, 2015) and the Mufalotta was 1/3 smaller than the week before. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she claimed that everything is weighed in the preparation. If it is truly weighed, then something was wrong with the scale between the two times. I was very disappointed on this visit and am not sure if I will return. The sandwiches are pricey, I should also point out.
Great Bread, lunch just ok. They have a great assortment of fresh bread, but the other menu items are just ok. Nothing really stands out as great for lunch items and a limited breakfast menu. I would say go for the bread, maybe not so much for other food items.
