I went for breakfast and had Eggs Benedict. Awful. Hollandaise was canned, the eggs were over-done, not soft poached and the English muffins were tough and needed to be toasted.
I will never go back.. Came in for breakfast the food was cold asked to have it heated was told since I had taken a bite they could not take it back. How would I know it was not hot if I hadn’t taken a bite. My husbands food was made with bacon instead of sausage. The manager came over and argued with him that it wasn’t bacon but was potato. Don’t you think that he knows the difference between the taste of potato and the taste of bacon. After the argument the manager pretty much told us to leave. I would say Grumpys must think that customers are not important to a successful restaurant. I know we will never be back and we will make sure everyone we know us told to never go to Grumpys.
Grumpy’s Grill is Great. We have been a few times to Grumpy’s Grill, ordered something different each time and have never been disappointed. Home cooked fried chicken is great….. juicy burgers, hot and cold sandwiches, nuclear hot wings – the delicious shoestring buffalo fries (yum!), beer, full bar and sports on huge tvs – what more could you ask for – and each time we have been so surprised at the reasonable prices for great food. A much better place to watch Monday night football than the super noisy, very expensive Fox and Hound. Check out Grumpy’s Grill – it’s GRRRRREAT!!!
Great locally owned place. Burgers, Baskets and Beer. Monday is 25 cent wing night. Tuesday is burger night. I really like their peanut butter burger. The prices are great for this type of food.
Great food, friendly & good service, & relaxing atmosphere!
We went to Grumpys on Ina last thursday for lunch.I had 1/2 tuna melt and chili, my friend had a cobb salad. The portions are large and very tasty. This is a very good cafe and recommend it highly.We were also able to save another 15% with our Max save card.
This is my favorite sportsbar of all great food big TVA and an amazing atmosphere!*****
