Horrible customer service. My pizza did not arrive after 80 minutes when the person who took my order said it would be 40 min to an hour. I called and they said they are busy and my pizza has not even gone into the oven yet. I said I think you should have called me to tell me my order would be 30 min late or give me a discount or something. She then game me to the manager who said its friday night, what do you expect? I said I expect my pizza in 40 min to an hour like the person said. He said that that would be rediculous on a Friday night. So very rude. The pizza ther is really good. But I will NEVER order from them again because they dont give a crap about their customers obvuously and that is just wrong! That manager should be fired!
Customer service is pretty bad. The pizza is very good but the kid making it he’s very rude. Needs retraining in customer service.
Bad food bad everything
Undercooked pizza more than once. Never order the hand tossed pizza!!!! I have ordered it twice and it was dangerously undercooked both times. They have a thin crust and it is good never a problem with it. I talked my wife into going with the kids from clear across town to eat there and I should have gotten the thin but I forgot I feel bad about giving my kids undercooked pizza. No more Sargent Pepperonis for us!
If their pizza wasnt the awesome on the northwest i would never order from those guys. Getting a delivery from sgt pepperonis is like pulling teeth but at least the grub is decent
Great food, great deal!!. You have to try these guy’s to appreciate. Not only is the food great (mmmmm….calzones…gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh) but the staff is just the greatest. It’s like getting together with my friends every time I order. I have tried nearly everything possible for a vegetarian to eat and it is all great. I have numerous friends that I have told to go there and they all have let me know that the sandwiches are wonderful (BBQ beef got raves). Nice, hometown, family type business. Support these guys, I will miss them when I move to the other side of town. Now I will just have to make a point of driving over now and then to get my fix.
