GREAT FOOD. I ate there in 2001 and the food was really good. Saw this resturant on a tv where Mrs White put celery in her black eyed peas and I said that if I ever was in Arizona I was going to eat at her resturant. And I was on vacation there in Arizona so I did eat there. I also had my picture made with Mrs White. 🙂
Food was good and the people were cool
Fried Chicken!. Delicious fried chicken, not overly greasy, we were there on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy. I didn’t opt for the Kool-aid but I wish I did.
I went here for my birthday and was so disappointed from the service to the food .My boyfriend had to ask where our food was it had taken so long then after ordering we were told they were out of about 5 or 6 different items at 2 pm wow I know we were served some Mac and cheese other than homemade for sure never again !!
Just Like the South. We love your typical meat-and-three type restaurants across the South. We never expected to find such a place in Arizona. At Mrs Whites, you would think that you were in Nashville or Birmingham.The fried chicken was delicious and the mixed greens very nice. I do wish that they had mashed potatoes.Unfortunately, they had run out of their famous peach cobbler, so well have to go back.
