Restaurant Week – Top Pick. Went on Monday night of Spring Restaurant Week. Place was very quiet, not a lot of diners. Everything was delicious and our server, Emily was great. Started with some complementary house made bread (it had plaintains in it) and an herbed dipping oil, then came the amuse bouche (sweet potato cake with pulled pork). Had the beef empanadas, skirt steak (with a good chimichurri) with frites and wait for it … wait for it … churros with dulce de leche caramel. Only regret is that we couldn’t finish the churros. I had to ask if the food was always that great and was told that it was (plus they just started their spring/summer menu). It’s a bit of a drive for us, but we’ll be back. Complementary valet parking.

Cute dining room, limited menu but the food was good. Only downside is the poor service. Our waiter Steven was obnoxious & rude. Will try again & cross my fingers for a better server.
Nice apple tart. I love the decor and atmosphere and the service was so helpful and friendly. I didn’t like the wine selection but the apple tart was delicious! A new spot to eat before the symphony!
Place was a ghost town. Decided to try the place based on solid reviews. Literally no other customers in the restaurant/bar at lunch on Labor Day. Tried the fondue and tuna for appetizers. Then the burger and the salmon as main course. All were enjoyable. Burger was a bit overcooked but tasty. Salmon was very tasty. Service was less than enthused, but understandable given how very slow the place is. Hope it lasts.
A MUST TRY!. Had an amazing experience at Province inside the Westin Hotel. First of all, the hotel and restaurant are beautiful. I love the manzanita trees and fuchsia wall. The bathrooms were also very clean and modern. Went on First Friday and it was completely dead, which is very sad to me. People need to go to this hidden gem! The menu is tapas style so my friends and I ordered a bunch of items including: Crispy White Corn Croqueta with ancho aioli Mini Cuban Chicken Sandwich Summer Squash Taquito Grilled Tomato Flatbread Melted Goat Cheese Fondue Grilled Ahi Tuna Tacos Potato Frites My favorite was the Summer Squash Taquito. It came with just one small taco and it was just a bite, but it was very good. I would love to return to Province and sit outside once the weather is cooler. The ambiance is very chic. Complimentary valet for the first 3 hours is a plus too.Go to Province people!!!
We have visited Province three times now, breakfast lunch and dinner. The space is sleek and contemporary, and convenient to the light rail stop, just a few steps away. Our servers have been very attentive and fun. The menu offers a great selection of organic and locally sourced items, with choices appropriate for our resident meat eater as well as myself, on the vegetarian side. The squash taquitos are addicting and the apple wafer, ice-cream dessert is the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this restaurant!!
