Better than anticipated hotel restaurant. Pleasantly surprised by quinoa taster at meal start. The mojo pork was flavorful and moist. Fries were very good and the house made ketchup was winner. It’s a simple thing but really makes a difference– I deplore the syrupy garbage known as bottled ketchup. Service was also very good.
