You guys get 1 Star from a long standing customer…..I’ve been going to Rito’s sense i was 10 years old and I’m 62 years old now..Just left there around 9:45am 04/26/2019. My order was simple. Three guacamole Tacos..Two guacamole tostadas A Red chimichanga with rice and beans, Two cheese enchiladas with rice. The tacos meat was bland and not seasoned at all, they did not have guacamole in them and no taco sauce was added the the order. The Guacamole tostadas were the worst that i had ever eaten..My own taste better….It tasted like they took avocados which were flavorless and mixed them with cream with no seasoning or chilies like they usually add. I don’t know what you guys are doing but you need to dump the cooks fast or retrain them…All I know is that Rito would not have it…Everybody would be history…FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS…You can’t have it your way!….Well I guess i’m on a trek to find another place of happiness…It’s been a long run great memories. Iguess the younger generations don’t know any better………I have to make a left…see ya
Went to Rito’s ordered a green chili burro and tacos. The inside of the burro the, tortilla was wet and fell apart liquid came out on the paper plate. The taco shell wasbroken in half on both shells. For the amount of wait time and the price. I wasdisappointed. Actually, Tucson has the best Mexican food.
Extremely good food! It’s a dive out in the neighborhood but worth the drive. Had a beef/guacamole taco to die for and the tastiest bean/rice burrito with green chili sauce I’ve ever had. Food takes awhile as made fresh while you wait. Can’t wait to come back and bring my wife!
