Great menudo. My friend, who spent a lot of his growing up years in Phoenix, told me I had to experience Rosita’s, ‘the best Mexican food restaurant’ in Phoenix. I am from Yuma, right on the border. We have our share of good Mexican food. But anyway, we had gone out the night before, and I was in need of some good menudo. Rosita’s has GOOD menudo — in a large bowl. Thanks for the experience. 🙂
