I LONG for this restaurant. I visit this place every time I go back to Phoenix. The octopus with mojo de ajo is the stuff dreams are made of. And the whole fried snapper beats any fish anywhere. I live on the ocean and we don’t have anything this good! When we lived in PHX we ate at San Carlos at least once a week.
