The Cookie Project: A little bakery, does most of its business via pre-order. I picked up a chocolate chip cookie. Perfectly soft in the middle, crunchy edges. Chocolate in every bite. The chocolate was just slightly on the semi side of semi-sweet–gave it that something different. An excellent cookie.
