Management. Poorest management of any restaurant I’ve ever seen. Most recent stunt was his elimination of the ‘frequent diner coupons’ without any reasonable notice or effective date. I had two which in reality represented forty meals because you get one stamp per check that were useless because this guy changed the policy arbitrarily.
Service is real bad and management doesn’t care. Go to IHOP
