Great service. I read all the reviews, and decided to go to casa blanca anyway because a friend referred us to the resturant. we were pleasantly surprised we got great service and the food was good so I recommend going there for dinner it was good.
5 STARS. La Casa Blanca is the best kept secret in South Chandler a favorite of all the locals. The restaurant always gets better the owners are hard working and keep putting the money back into their business. You can see a steady flow of people enjoying the food. Always great service and great food! You won’t be disappointed EVER….
Bad. Terrible margaritas, rubbery carne asada. It’s a shame this place is sub par as we like to support a local restaurant that is not a chain.
My dining experience. I recently went to the Mexican restaurant La Casa Blanca in Chandler, Az. My first impression of the restaurant by just looks in general was good. The trees in the front made the entrance look really pretty and I went while the sun was setting which made beautiful shadows in the walkway. Either way the restaurant made me feel like I was over someones house eating dinner in a sense. The only problem for me is Im not a fan of eating outdoors especially in this Arizona heat so that wasnt that fun. My first impressions didnt make me want to go home but I was just hoping things would get better. Once we got seated and got ready to order another problem began. The service wasnt that great at all. The servers didnt seem like they enjoyed working at this restaurant and if they dont enjoy working there why would I enjoy eating there? They didnt have really speedy service either. The service was mediocre and didnt really help with the decision of me eating at that restaurant again. I just feel like with more excited and interesting workers people would feel more welcome. The servers made me feel like they didnt want my service and that didnt make me feel good as a customer at all. Lastly was the food. I ordered a shredded beef burrito. The burrito wasnt bad by any means but at the same time it wasnt the best burrito Ive had in my life. To me it tasted like all the other burritos I have eaten. I dont think thats a bad thing I just think it would be better if there was a wow factor to it to make me want more. So in all I think the restaurant wasnt the best but if they focus on the service it probably would be a lot better. I hope you guys do get better so I can go there more often.
Poor service. I wish the place was at least average since its in my neighborhood, but its not. The service at this place is so bad. Whether it comes to waiting for drinks or orders to be taken, they can’t eat anything right in regards to service.The food is just ok.
Fair at best. Food is so bland… You can do better in Phoenix. Slow service too… Cool layout though.
Stop!. The food is old! The wait staff is slow! And, the manager is negligent on what to do when a customer is complaining! Taco Bell is better!
