Started off badly but then I was blown away!. This was the first time I had tried NYPD Pizza and after reading some great reviews, I thought I would give it a try. So I called in for carry-out. A Brooklyn Family Pizza and the Meat Lasagna. They said it would be ready for pick up in 25 min. So I wait the 25 min to pick up my order. When I get there, it turns out they took the order but didn’t even start to make the food. So I would basically have to wait another 25 min or however long it takes to speed cook my order. I told the cashier to forget it and I was so livid I stormed out there shaking my head, thinking this would be the last time I went there! Fortunately, when I got home I decided to call the manager, Laura and voice my displeasure. I am sooooo glad I did because she was so nice and understanding and comped my order without hesitation. I was taken aback at how customer service oriented she was. So she coaxed me back to pick up my order and I am extremely happy I did!!! The pizza was so delicious and superior to everyone else’s!! The lasagna made me wanna reach out and kiss someone because it was so good!! I have to say I wasn’t expecting it to be this good. Anyway, aside from a glitch in ordering (which the manager promised to fix and I believe her), this is one place you definitely want to try if you love great pizza and lasagna!!

Love their pizza! Whether it’s pepperoni of their white pizza, you can’t go wrong! Our kids love it too. Nice atmosphere.
Top Ten Pizza!!!. I have never had anything but the very best food and service at NYPD Pizza. They have the most delicious pizza and calzones for a good price, slices and small calzones for lunch, and salads that are just amazing.It is a small place, but that only increses the feeling that you’re being taken care of by friends. I really do applaude the folks behind this little chain and hope that they will never sacrifice the high quality of their food.If you like great pizza, I mean really great pizza, then you MUST give NYPD Pizza a try. You will be impressed I am sure.
Like NY? Don’t Know. Good Pizza? Yes!. Having never been to New York to taste for myself I can’t compare . However, the pizza and other menu items haven’t disappointed me so far. The atmosphere is great and the pizza is worth the visit. I like the thin(ner) crust style and this what you get with what seems to be home made tomoato sauce.
