  Used to like it, now not so much!. Wife & I were pleasantly greeted & seated immediately. 5 PM Wednesday night.Ordered 1 1/2 lb King crab with baked potato. Wife’s usual coconut shrimp.Salads & biscuits arrive, best part of meal.My crab…dry, meager, maybe frozen too long. Baked potato was about the size of a ping pong ball. Waitress agreed and brought me a new one. Never got more butter for my crab, or another slice of lemon.Meals were not bad, just very mediocre. Wife’s coconut shrimp were not the same as in many previous visits. Smaller, not as fresh tasting.Overall a disappointment.Food………..CService……..CAmbience…..C+Value…………CThey are having corporate issues, seems to have affected quality adversely26 Oct, 2011Reliable, No surprises. Laugh if you want, but my wife & I enjoy eating here occasionally.Service is very good, their training program turns out solid servers.Nothing exciting going on in the kitchen, but the food tastes good,and the place seems fresh & clean.   The I recieved at the Red Lobster on Gilbert road was the worst service I have ever had at a red lobster.. I took family and friends out to eat there and the service was a joke, fifteen minute waits for drink refills, and plates that were missing food which they had to bring back out with the missing food. How ever on the other hand I have always had good service at the restaurant on southern ave and power rd.
