Went to Zoe’s last night, second visit. When to fill my ice tea and the lid to the ice machine was on the FLOOR resting on the carpet in front of the ice/soda dispenser. Asked the girl filling the ice machine about it and she did not seem concerned at all… And then said the Manager was new and she had done it.This is one of my pet peeves….if they are not concerned about proper handling and sanitation of the ice lid, what else are they mishandling? I will NEVER return.
