Disappointment. I’ve always been a big mexican food eater. When arriving to Prescott……I asked the locals where the best places were for Mexican food. Arturo’s got rave reviews. So today we tried it. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The prices were high…..$12.95+ for most dishes. The rellanos were descent but we ordered nachos and they were smothered in green chile. Unfortunately…..it tasted like canned green chile with preservatives that give the chile a pickled flavor. Bad. Service was with a mexican national who couldn’t speak……mostly grunted. We don’t go there again. Only one chance to make a good impression and they failed.

We went there as a family,the waitress was rude and was hurrying us and was very forceful as she took our order and brought the food out as well,she seemed to be irritatated when i asked her questions. the chips were burnt and overdown,the special was an enchilada plate and she never mentioned itso i coulve saed money,the sauce was over cooked.my flautas were actually the taquitos,which i sent back due to them being so hard…that was the purpose of ordering the darn flautas.very blan and very rude.wont be going back.
