We had a great time exploring Cottonwood and stopping here for some wine tasting adventures. Owned by film and TV director Sam Pillsbury, this place has produced many of the finest wines ever produced in Arizona (and has the awards to prove it). The tasting room is pretty nice with some local art work for its decor. You can get a red, white or a combination of both for a wine flight tasting (plus a glass to take home). I ended up buying a bottle of Roan Red to take home. I definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area. foodartandculture.com
