Horrible Service is an understatement. Went to the restaurant and the lady behind the counter refused to take a coupon that I had previously used during lunch. I told the person on the phone i had the coupon when i placed the to go order. I have been there twice and after the experience today there will not be another – coupon or not. I walked out and left the food there. I would avoid this place and you will be better off for missing the experience.
Maybe I hit them on an off day?. I read OUTSTANDING reviews for this place so I wanted to try the food from here. Sadly I hate to be honest but I honestly think most of the food we received was old tasting and pretty darn almost cold. I got what they call a Bento Zip Box and got to sample three entrees and pick one side dish for $7.99. I tried the Pineapple Chicken, Mahi Mahi, and Teriyaki Chicken and a side of potato salad. All the food was almost cold. When I bit into the Fried Mahi Mahi and Pineapple chicken cold oil squirted in my mouth that had an unpleasant taste to it. I couldn’t eat the Pineapple Chicken or the Mahi Mahi. The Teriyaki Chicken tasted OK but was almost cold. The Potato salad seemed house made but was tasteless despite the fresh green onions in it. Sadly all the food my husband tried was similar.
