If you love watching airplanes take off you will want to sit by the window in this restaurant. The interior of this restaurant is diner like and you pass by a salad bar and a big case of fresh made desserts. The menu is also similar to a diner menu. I ordered the grilled flat iron steak. My meal included a loaf of soft wheat bread and the salad bar. I liked the salad bar as it was very retro. Soon my dinner arrives and my steak is very tasty but chewy like leather. I am thankful I asked for the gravy to be served on the side because it was like thick pudding with lumps. The mashed potatoes and cooked peppers were tasty. My husband’s chicken fried steak also was served with lumpy thick gravy like rice pudding. Maybe they had a junior cook on instead of the regular chef? My server never asked how the food was and gave us the check before we could even think about dessert. The manager asked us how the food was as we were leaving but at that point I didn’t feel like saying a thing. Good luck!

Great place! We had to wait a little bit for our food, but it was worth it! I had chicken fried steak & eggs & the gravy was wonderful & very well seasoned! The steak was tender & crispy on the outside. Loved the home fries, wonderfully crispy. My husband had the BBQ burger, which was very moist & delicious. We’ll definitely be back!
Excellent mushroom burger. Very good onion rings. Definitely would recommend it.
Very busy place on sat/sun mornings. Dinner, in the summer, around 7pm. Be sure to ask for a runway window seat. Sunset is amazing that time of year. They had a prime rib special which was very tasteful.
For what we ordered, the food was horrifically overpriced: 2 very small sandwiches, sweet potato fries, 4 chicken tenders. We all drank water. Our bill came to $28. Food was below average. Makes me mad that I wasted so much money.
Nasty food, but neat 4 kids to watch planes take off. We sat outside and waited 20 minutes b4 n e 1 came out. We were a moms group of 15 and that didn’t even include the kids. Plus had a reservation. Nvr again.
