I had a great meal at George & Son’s and highly recommend it! A very nice place and the food was just what I was hoping for. The prices are perfect for an everyday lunch, I just wish I lived closer.
George and Son is a small but very nice full service with bar Asian Restaurant. The last two times I’ve been here I got one of the $7.99 lunch specials that consist of egg drop soup, crab puff, vegetable roll and lunch size entree that includes steamed rice AND LO Mein. Last time I had Basil Chicken and this time I had Thai Curry Chicken. Both times the chicken was nice and moist, tender and tasty but also both times the salt in these dishes bothered me. I like the restaurant and the service is very good. The food just runs a little too salty for me. It’s a great value if you can handle the salt.

My personal favorites are crab puffs, thai chicken curry and basil chicken fried rice (this item is not on the menu but they will make it for you if you insist).
Everything at George and Sons is top grade. From the decor to the service and enthusiasm of the staff to the variety of dishes to the incredible flavor to the reasonable prices. This is a legit alternative to PF Chang’s except more authentic (less pre-fab), and a little more affordable. The flavor doesn’t seem to come merely from salt or a sauce but rather cooked right in. Highly recommended!
Best Hot and Sour soup I’ve had. It could be a meal in itself – hearty and tasty. The service is excellent and they are very attentive. Great spot!
OMG! The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Hubby of 31 years really enjoys Asian/Chinese food so I suggested this hidden West valley gem. We have lived in the Valley for 15+ years Kept searching for delicious Asian food. We will now call thisa hometown favorite. The spring vegetable roll was as expected. We added a pancake seafood appetizer um yum. We like it hot so extra spicy mustard was served! Unexpectedlythe hostess serveda sample of the house calamari it was lovely! We usually avoid calamari as it can be tough this was very different and will order it again and again.Tried a cup of the Tom tom soup don’tleavethere with out this experience.Weusually order egg drop and sweet and sour soup but this isour new favorite. Shared thehouse special shrimp/chicken Phoenix and a Thai curry noodle dish we made no mistakes. Truly everything was fantastic. Please give them a try you will not be disappointed. MP 9/11/15
