Do not compare this family owned real Japanese restaurant with any of Korean owned knock off Japanese look alike establishments. They just do not measure up in any stature! Whether it be quality or quantity, this restaurant has our vote of confidence! Oh, by the way, I’m married to a Japanese national and we have tried some Korean own, but they just do not compare. I am not being bias, this white can taste the difference.
Rolls were decently priced and good (not the best I’ve had). Place was empty when we got there (granted it was around 5pm). Beware of the x2 dynamite roll it was TOO spicy, my tongue was numb and hurt for the rest of the night. Philly roll had too much cucumber and no avocado.
This my favorite place to get sushi. We have been coming here since it opened. The tatsuta chicken is sooo good. I always get the dynamite salad and Alaska roll. Check the hours before you come, they are closed Mondays
Love it!. Hana is the best sushi in Phoenix. It’s family owned, so it’s small, intimate, and much cheaper than the big fancy sushi joints. So fresh. The Hana roll always amazing, Vegas roll, rainbow roll, tuna tetaki, new york roll, everything here is really spectacular. Used to go once a week, miss it so much now that I’ve left Phoenix!
