This is a very large newly opened restaurant with a bar that serves sushi and Chinese Food. My review is based only on the sushi. They served us complimentary miso soup and a crisp salad with fresh made Asian Dressing. We both ordered the JC Lunch Special that includes 6 piece Nigiri and an 8 piece roll and shared a 2 piece house smoked salmon sushi. All the fish they served me was very fresh but wasn’t seasoned under the fish. The rice held together and didn’t fall apart and was seasoned well. I was happy that the spicy tuna roll was actually spicy. They do offer fresh wasabi sauce for a dollar uncharge that I recommend. The lunch special was a very good value and I’m happy that the fish was very fresh and sweet tasting. Service was a little hit and miss. My first server didn’t seemed trained on the menu and didn’t know how to take my order. A second server took over and everything was fine after that.
