I finally satisfied my craving for a JJ Gargantuan after months of being Jimmy John’s absent while in Canada and it didn’t disappoint! Delicious as usual. This time I added a pickle which I didn’t think would be that big a deal, but this was a massive pickle! Mmmmm.
Worse customer service ever. I have been a customer here since they opened. I also have had sandwiches delivered several times. Yesterday I needed my lunch delivered because I was ill. I called and the mumble mouth that attempted to communicate through speech told me that they don’t deliver to my area. They had my address name phone number so obviously they have delivered before. I spoke to the GM and was told that corporate would not let them deliver past deer valley. If they had a policy change it should be for new customers not those of us who have already had deliveries. It is apparent that corporate can care less about servicing their good customers so I will no longer patronize this product. Besides jersey mikes is far better anyway. I do not recommend jimmy johns based on poor customer service.
