Good BBQ and I for one am glad there is a place like this around. I don’t like sweet BBQ (although I’m sure they offer a sweet sauce). I prefer spicy BBQ and this place delivers the heat! Well done Shane’s Rib Rack!
Shanes Is Hit Or Miss:. When Shanes first opened at the Deer Valley Location they had a manager that was on top of everything. Now it seems they have children doing what adults should be doing. The Chicken is hit or miss when it comes to dryness. The Ribs are sometimes meaty and then they are sometimes nothing but fat. Even the Big Daddy Sandwich is now hit or miss when it comes to dried out meat. Put the adults back in charge and leave the serving to the kids is my opinion.
