Food was nothing special. French onion soup was super salty, potato skins were gross and wedge salad was very yellow with few tomatoes. No one in our party of 4 finished their meal.
Pardon the interruption. Crossing the threshold of this establishment with my wife and son, we were greated by a hostess with all the joy and excitement of a kid dealing with a younger sibling. She sat us at a table next to other patrons and 20 minutes along with several waiters passed by….no one even took a drink order. We had to get up and move to the bar area on our own to get noticed for the first time. A waiter came and went without taking a food order or a drink order. The only saving grace was the bartender who stopped what he was doing and came and took our drink and food order while the entire wait staff congregated at the hostess station and talked umungst themselves. Combine this with the fact that the ambient air temp was warmer then the food which hovered around 90 in the bar area.

Our group had the endless appetizers the Buffalo isn’t that hot but the next step up is awesome! If you are looking for a great place to go eat on your next special occasion call a head and reserve a spot in Stephine’s section! service with a smile and a helpful friendly management happy valley TGIF @ norttera is the best!

Too bad Manny isn’t there anymore, Best Cook Ever! Anyhoo, all I get is the jack daniels chicken, and LUV the $4 large Stella drafts on happy hour. Go sit @ the bar and see Chris. Super nice guy!
Awesome server. Bela H was awesome! He made dinner fun and gave excellent service. I would go back just because of him.
