Located right inside the Gadsden Hotel, its where both towns people and Gadsden Hotel guests enjoy the authentic Mexican cuisine. Very well priced meals, with licensed services provided by the Saddle & Spur (also on site within the hotel)

We ate twice at Casa Segovia. Everything was excellent and freshly made. Considering the low prices it was a great value. We would not eat anywhere else. We found Grandma and registered our deep appreciation.
Mexican cuisine, of course. Delicious and reasonably priced. Excellent service. Had the shrimp fajitas, lots to eat.
