Great little bagel shop with really good coffee and a laid back atmosphere.
Best Bagels Ever!. I’ve been coming to Biffs for well over a year now, and like I said, they have the best bagels ever! But when I saw the reviews, I had to jump in and write my own. I have NEVER experienced rude staff, all of them have been really helpful and friendly. Perhaps it is instead rude customers… I absolutely love this place and I go half a dozen times a month at least!
I had the jalapeo breakfast bagel and my husband had the mish mash breakfast bagel.. We both left satisfied and pleased!
Rude service. If the man and women who ring up customers are the owners then I cannot beleive how they are still in business!. They aren;t the only rude ones. Most of the college kids are rude and lacking customer service skills as well. Thats understandable due to the fact that the owners are lacking customer service skills as well and are leading by example..
Great food but the staff is consistently rude. I don’t go as often because I dont appreciate the way they act toward their customers
Best bagels in flagstaff. I’m not sure I like the new redesign but still great food. The breakfast bagels are my fav but the hot ham and cheese is delicious as well.
Great bagels and creamcheese. We got there right at opening so they were still warm from the oven! The staff was not very friendly however…maybe it was too early?
