Everyone throughly enjoyed their meals. They even made up a fruit plate for the girl child to have for dessert since she is wheat and dairy free. Much appreciated that and the fact that they mark what can be made gluten free and vegan. That is why I gave them 4 stars. Service on the other hand was extremely slow. Hubby joked that he hoped our car wasn’t towed since we park in a 2 hour parking spot.
We are locals who have lived and eaten all over the world and this is our favorite flagstaff restaurant. We love the pork belly tacos and Spanish wines. Our favorite place in Flag to take guests, good food and fun lively atmosphere.
Our party of 5 all had different entrees & everyone was thrilled with their choice. Excellent service & tasty margarita too. Wish I lived closer

Salmon tostadas are the BEST!. Had lunch at Criollo today & ordered the salmon tostada. What a delightful meal! The salmon was cooked to perfection and the meal was beautifully presented. Service was good and the ambiance inviting. Great meal in every respect!
The service is always terrible. Staff seems like they’re in their own time and completely dilerious to the needs of their customers. Plus, who is their honest mind charges $4 for a modelo? I’m from the border and could get fish tacos(with 3x the fish), twice the beans and rice and two modelos for the sole price of the meal alone. Overpriced and overrated-do nit recommend!
Had better fish tacos at Del Taco! Fish portions were tiny, carne asada tacos were way better! Way over priced and different server for water, food, and drinks (why!) Tried to like it too!
