Read the reviews, looked good thought we would give it a try. No one greets customers at the door to tell anyone how the restaurant works. VERY limited seating in and outdoors. Found a table inside, fortunately, and sat my family. Had everyone look over the menu and I went to stand in the exceptionally long order line that had built up after our arrival. As I am waiting in line, a female worker kicks my entire family out, including my elderly, handicapped father in law. She told my husband that it is first come first serve and we MUST all stand in line to order prior to finding a table. The worst is the large group that came in after us knew one of the employees and that was when we were promptly told to all go stand in line. It is the single worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. As I frequently travel internationally I will make sure to let all my friends know that this is not somewhere theyd want to eat or spend their money.
Good burgers and fries but horrible service. No seating outside, in fact they kicked me and my son out of the seating area until my husband had gotten to the front of the line and ordered, even though I was about to be a paying customer. We ended up sitting on a high top right outside of their seating area and when our meal finally came we asked for ketchup and the bus boy refused to bring us a bottle of ketchup. Instead he brought us a handful of packets and a few napkins which ended up making a mess. Expect a good burger and fries for a high price and expect to be very uncomfortable while trying to enjoy it unless you get it to go!
