Food was good. The service was terrible. From the manager to the counter staff. Excuse after excuse on why they screwed up. Was told I didn’t have an order at that location, and that I should check my location before I call and go to the wrong location. When he realize that I was at the correct location, he gave no apology and put the blame back onto me. It was so pathetic that the order was sitting next to the guy, basically right in his face and didn’t even have to take a step to reach my order. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have told him that that it was a pick up order paid for in advance. Sorry I didn’t realize that there were different types of pick up orders. When I got home, I noticed I was missing part of my meal. When my wife called back to tell them they forgot to give us our wings, he said your wings are still sitting in the pick up window and you can comeback and get them. No apology for not giving me the full order, he proceeded to say it happens it’s busy. I should have gone into the store wrote down my own order, cooked my own food, boxed it, cashed myself out, and left. At least then I could blame myself for the mistakes like I was told by the staff. I do take fault for not paying attention to what was ordered and not double checking at the register. At lease the store manager refunded the cost of the wings for his employees inability to figure out what a pick up order is and hand over the full order that was placed.

Great slice. One of the best slices I’ve ever tasted. It took them about 15 minutes or so to prepare the slice, which is odd for pizza places. Usually there is a sliced pizza on hand. Should only take 5 minutes or less to warm up a slice. Also a big line to order. The place is popular. Took me over a half hour to have a slice.
Love fratellis. Love it. Best pizza ever!
Meat lovers needs some meat and more cheese. Ceaser salad bland. Go somewhere else.
