  Meticulously prepared coffee. This isn’t a typical coffee shop. It’s a roaster/distributor that also happens to offer out-the-door coffee drinks. Don’t expect a cool hangout spot. This is where you buy your beans and/or grab a cup and go. The name says it all. These guys are focused on good coffee. That’s IT. Being a coffee lover and having just moved to Flagstaff from Tucson, I was in love with the choices of local coffee shops here. I still enjoy all of the those choices for hanging out, getting some chai or espresso drink or going somewhere with atmosphere. However, this is the only place that prepares anal-retentive drip coffee when I’m in the mood for a perfect cup. When it comes to getting the best flavor from high-quality beans, ‘proper’ drip is the way to go. It’s the best way to present the character of the bean and get a clean cup that doesn’t go sour in ten minutes. They roast their own single-source beans and brew all their coffee with highly temperature controlled re-mineralized RO water. They know how to roast the beans just right and they even provide to-go cups that don’t smell like paper when you drink from them which is something that drives me nuts about other shops. You’ll never expect a $2.00 coffee from an urn sitting on the counter to be so good. Trust me, you want coffee made by people who obsess over it.
