Really cool atmosphere, great food, and friendly service. We got a seat within 5 minutes during lunchtime on a Saturday. Everyone was friendly and attentive. There were plenty of food choices, but I went with the tombstone chicken sandwich. It was very good, as was my wifes philly. If youre in Flagstaff, this is a must.
Jayde, our server, was slammed -and she ROCKED on service. This alone would make us come back. Thank you Jayde!!! We had chips and hummus, a bowl of chili, a Bacon Bleu, two lava hirgers, a clinic burger and a pulled pork BBQ sandy a ton of fries. Love the pickle! Did we mention we made it in time for Happy Hour? I really enjoyed the crisp and balanced IPA. I’ll come back if I am in the neighborhood.
Loved it. Great drinks, great food and great service. They have a beautiful outdoor area next to the train line, which is actually super cool and sunny. Our server, Evan, was really helpful and very friendly. Serving sizes were perfect, not too much like in some places. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Came to the Lumberyard looking for some good I’l’ fashioned burgers. Boy, we found it. Nice juicy burger. The deep fired Mac and cheese wasn’t bad either. All around good place to eat, if you are in flagstaff.
We were dropping off our son for his freshman year at NAU and wanted to take him for dinner after unloading his stuff at the dorms. We came across the Lumberyard by chance afterwards and were very pleased. The service was the best. I really liked the baked beans. This will be a place we come back to on our visits. I very much liked that we got seated without a long wait.

Great food, great service. I enjoyed the food so much I went two days in a row. My first visit I had the pulled pork sandwich and opted for the spicier version. It was delicious and too much food to finish on my own. Our waiter was one of the best I had encountered in Flagstaff. Very kind, very knowledgeable about the available beers, and seemed genuinely concerned that we had a great experience. I was so impressed I returned the following day and tried the Texas burger. It too was delicious and was too much food. I decided I would also try the banana pudding for dessert and was not disappointed. I will make it a point to stop here each time I find myself in Flagstaff.
