Good food, HORRIBLE service. If you plan on going to Mama Burger, make sure the rest of your schedule is clear. Last night we stopped there and ordered two burgers, some fries, and a milkshake. It took a half hour to make the burgers and fries and in the mean time they made our shake but it sat on the back counter for 15 minutes after we received the burgers until we finally were able to get the attention of a worker and asked for it. Save your money & your time and go to 5 Guys or Bun Huggers.
Very good burgers! Everything is fresh and cooked to order. Coffee Oreo shake was the best ever! And service is always friendly like you expect from a non-corporate local joint.

Pretty darn good. I don’t know about soggy buns, mine was fine. The buns are definitely purchased, but are good quality.I ordered the Cholula burger with fries and a drink. The burger was very good with plenty of diced chiles, hot sauce, cheese and other toppings. The patty didn’t stay together as well as a processed patty from a chain restaurant, because these are actually fresh. The fries were hot and nicely seasoned. I will definitely return.
There is just something different about the burger than from the old location. Just doesn’t taste the same. One suggestion is to find a decent bun. I would swear they buy them at Sam’s club. They just so soggy.
