Absolutely Delicious. My husband and I were there in June 2012 and consider it one of the best vegan restaurants we’ve ever eaten in. We had checked the internet, but the owner, Julia, also gave us suggestions. We ordered a hemp burger for the first time (wonderful flavor), a pasta & pea salad (seasoned perfectly) and a spring salad. It was all so good, we wanted to take it all back with us to Florida. Of course, we had also read about the special cookies that she bakes and were they ever delicious. Since our extended family would be joining us, we ordered more cookies plus cookies with vegan ice cream between them to take with us. The atmosphere is so friendly and cozy and Julia was such a gracious kind person who really cared about her customers and really knew her stuff when it came to eating vegan/vegetarian. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants delicious healthy food that surprises and delights the palette. Thanks, Julia, for a great experience! FYI; Be sure to read the newspaper articles under the tabletop glass about the previous owner and how Morning Glory Cafe has a tremendous community following. Your heart will be touched.
