Really liked it. We walked in around two on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. I ordered the falafel sandwich and my wife ordered the Pinapple Tofu salad. I finished mine up and was able to eat some of her salad too. Both were really good. The had a New Belgum beer special for $2. The price was good and they had a wide variety.
Nothing great, not bad. The price is reasonable if you get a dinner since it includes a salad. I’m never too impressed with the food but I like the atmosphere and location. I have had a few different items including the Mpuntain Oasis Thai dish which is a nice medley of veggies, rice and choice of chicken, tofu or shrimp. Unless they give you tofu instead of the chicken that you asked for. Just another local food stop.
VERY Rude. A reservation is not required. However, I made a reservation at 8:30 PM. We arrived in the right time. The girl said there is no reservation and we are closing. I talked to the owner. He was EXTREMELY rude and refused to serve us after traveling a long distance. He said he asked the girl who took the reservation to call me and to cancel it. The girl was gone. He looked in their telephone and did not find my number. He insisted that we should leave and he is not going to work at 8:30. It is their mistake, but we had to go find other restaurant on Christmas eve. I do not think I want to eat in a place where the customer is not respected and the owner does not want to work or to honor his reservation.
The food kind of sucks, but it’s pretty inexpensive. Service was great and location was cool. If you want good food go elsewhere.
