Third time in three days–2 adults & 2 kids. Everyone’s happy. great food. Huge portions. Amazing selection. Clearly developed in a sophisticated kitchen.
Great lunch!. We stopped for lunch and had a delicious meal with good food and great service. We had a trio of spreads: baba ganoush, garlic dip, and the cilantro jalapeno hummus. All were delicious, but the hummus and the garlic dip were fabulous.I had the curry chicken salad, which was a huge portion served with brown rice. It was delicious with a ton of grapes, golden raisins and walnuts, complementing the chicken and the dressing. My husband had a special, the red chai chicken curry which was served with brown rice and was wonderful. The others had the gyros which both devoured, so I assume they were good.Definitely coming back.
Would definitely recommend!!!. Service was top notch and the food was delicious!!! Total 5 of 5
Second time giving this a try. Like the first time the jalapeo hummus was phenomenal. However being a Jewish girl this time I wanted to have a good falafel. Honest opinion. The falafel was burnt and so dense I could hardly swallow a small bite. The very bad part was I took my mom who was visiting. She is not as picky as I am, she couldn’t swallow the first bite. We did not complain because that’s the kind of people we are. What was awesome was our server noticed this. She asked what was wrong and we explained. Pita jungle went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal. If you grew up with grandmams falafel skip it and go for the gyro. The gyro and staff are awesome! I will be back especially for happy hour;-)
Good but not great. The service was very slow at first, it took almost 10 minutes to get a server to acknowledge us. The food was pretty good, nothing amazing and nothing to write home about. The pricing was fair, but was a little on the higher side for what you get. Overall I was pleased with my meal, not sure if I’ll be back though.
Had various selection for vegetarians and the falafel was very good and the price was decent as well. Room was artsy and waitresses were friendly. Warm and friendly environment
Yummy. Ended up at this restaurant after trying to eat at a place downtown, only to be foiled by the inability to park anywhere. Pita Jungle was delicious, healthy, and very reasonably priced. Reasonable wine selection. The best kids’ menu I’ve ever seen–very healthy and our 9-yearold loved it as well. So sad to discover that this small chain only exists in Arizona and a few locations in California.
