Three and a half stars?! No way! This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in general and our favorite restaurant in flagstaff. If you get anything but the classic carnitas your crazy. Great staff, full salsa bar that lights my mouth on fire, and cheap margs.
NOT VERY GOOD! We were disappointed with the chips, salsa fresco and salsa de la casa, tacos al carbon -tasteless , pork soft taco- too smokey. It’s not cheap- we expected better food. Would not go there again.
Salsa bar always a hit but for the first time ever I had their key lime pie for desert. It was DELICIOUS! Best I’ve ever had.
It was okay. Basic quesadilla and the carnitas were okay. Nothing spectacular. We stopped here because it was on DDD. We only seemed to like it because we were so hungry.
The service was 2/5…. The food was very good but if your from New Mexico this Mexican food is much different …. I give the food 3/5 not because it was not good only because it’s just much different than New Mexican food … Salsa bar was great !!!
Spinach Enchiladas. These are by far the best I have ever had. Very flavorful with sauce and cheese. Have tried these at numerous restaurants and nothing comes close.
Don’t go! Took my parents while they were in town for lunch. Service was horrible & rude. They never told us we had to get our own salsa. We had 2 plates of the lunch specials that day and they tasted like they had been made hours before and just sat in an over. My dad had tacos and the shells were so stale they also tasted like they had been prepped at 9am. Terrible. Will never go back!
