I saw this place on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. I ordered the Carnitas because they’re the best seller. Everything here was amazing. I was disappointed when I saw the queso dip because I usually prefer white over yellow. This was an exception. It was great. My carnitas exceeded every expectation. The pork was flavorful and tender. Everything here is made from scratch. Salsa Brava quickly became my favorite Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. It also became my little sister’s favorite spot. She’s never been a fan of Mexican food but this spot changed her mind.
All I can say is wow. As a Texan visiting we are accustomed to great Mexican food. This place is awesome on all levels. The service was excellent. Our server Janee was very informative, friendly and sweet. The food delivered on all levels and the pineapple habanero salsa was the bomb. If we ever return to Flagstaff we will definitely come back here. My highest recommendations to anyone craving Mexican food. 2 thumbs way up.

Table had pork and chicken and both meats were very moist and flavorful. Stuffed sopapilla was good and enough to share for two. Was a bit disappointed expected better 🙁
