Great local restaurant. The owner served us and went above and beyond in service. I could eat here everyday. The food was outstanding and fresh. Homemade salsa was excellent. I don’t normally write reviews however this restaurant exceeded my expectations.
Outrageously delicious!. I have been waiting to eat here for several years! I don’t always get downtown to eat when I visit! This restaurant is my favorite breakfast spot! Authentic and creative Mexican cuisine, fresh and inventive! Lovely, friendly service ! Ask all about the juices! Theyare fresh and amazing! Had the strawberry lemonade and a beet tamarind! If I lived in town I would eat here everyday! Every dish is served with love. Plus you get a mandatory hug when you leave! If you love good Mexican food, don’t be shy! It’s delicious! Also try the sister restaurant, Cafe Poca Cosa , downtown. A true culinary experience!
Very interesting. I just ate lunch there -had the surprise plate which included 3 items plus rice and beans. i was served a tomato puree soup w roasted peppers, a green pork dish, and a chicken dish -sort of a chicken stew. everything was good to very good and very different. The beans and rice they were served with were excellent. It’s a colorful place. I will be back and readily recommend.
